TECHNIFORM BUSINESS SYSTEMS SAVED THE DAY- Just recently upon placing a re-order of our internal job envelopes I discovered our local printer of 34 years had gone out of business which left us in quite a pickle. The Job envelopes we have used since the inception of Time Delay back in 1978 were custom tailored to our specific requirements for taking in watches, specifically Rolex.
I never thought much about the complexities of manufacturing a job envelope – Well it apparently it is! After contacting several major printers in the Dallas area, all with the same response – sorry but we can’t help you out and can’t locate anyone that can because of the type of printing equipment involved.
It was at that point that I went outside my search grid in hopes of GOOGLE finding a solution for me. Using only the words “Custom Job Envelopes” did I find Techniform Business Systems out of Arcadia, CA.
I shot off an email with a few photos and Mr. David Denney promptly responded with a phone call. His first reaction was that in his 30+ years he had never seen quite a complex job envelope but was up for the task to re-create it. It was a very simple and stress free process for me and in 4-5 weeks’ time, our beautiful new Custom Envelopes arrived perfectly matching our very personalized job envelopes - It was just that easy.
Techniform Business Systems kept me in touch through the whole manufacturing processing up until the day they were delivered. Great service, communication along with a superb finished product is such a treasure to find in a new vendor!
